Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customer over phone and email.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer's experience.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone.
∎ Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
∎ Ability to handle customers in a good manner.
∎ Data entry & reporting expert.
∎ Inform customers about products and services.
∎ Make overview daily report and submit to concern team leader.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
