∎ Graduate/Post Graduate from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls of potential customers and stakeholders in Bangla & English politely and timely manner with proper etiquettes & professional manner.
∎ Prepare customer queries, complaints or problems records & forward to the concerned department.
∎ Handle customer’s day to day queries & provide required relevant product information in an efficient, professional and positive manner.
∎ Handling multiple incoming & outgoing phone calls in a timely manner and transfer/forward the calls to the concerned person/extension.
∎ Welcoming & handling the coming guests/visitors and assisting them in a professional manner.
∎ Prepare daily inbound calls, queries/complaints & answers report and send the concern department.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of complaint/queries records.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by HoD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel), Internet & Email.
∎ 1 or 2 years of experience in the relevant sector preferably in real estate.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communications skills (Written & spoken).
∎ Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply
