∎ Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Office Time:(11 am to 8 pm)
