∎ Looking for experienced and passionate Customer Care Executive who is interested in working with our talented and creative eShikhon Team. (eShikhon is the largest online training portal in Bangladesh; PROVIDING ONLINE LIVE TRAINING ON FREELANCING COURSES, SKILL DEVELOPMENT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY).
∎ We need Customer Care Executive, Fresher also encourage to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls and social media interaction
∎ Provide technical support for students
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiable for expert candidate.

∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
