Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our Agents are responsible for a variety of different calls including:
∎ Handling inbound customer service calls.
∎ Processing inbound sales calls
∎ Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls
∎ Answering product support inquires via incoming calls, chat or email
∎ Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have at least 6 months of Customer Service experience and must be available to work night shift.
∎ Freshers, entry level and no experience candidates are encouraged to apply. Apply today for immediate consideration
∎ Must be a problem solver and willing to learn
∎ English fluency is a must.
∎ Should be well versed with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite CS5 (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Professional, Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash Professional), Coral Draw and should have good typing speed.
∎ Should be willing to work according to the shift plan of the company.
∎ Please provide some sample work with your application.
∎ Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
∎ Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
∎ Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning
∎ An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
