Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer communication: Answering calls, emails, and web chats, and managing inbound and outbound communications
∎ Customer service: Identifying customer needs, solving problems, and providing technical assistance
∎ Sales: Making tele-sales calls, upselling products and services, and generating new sales opportunities
∎ Customer relationship building: Building sustainable relationships with customers and boosting customer loyalty
∎ Customer feedback: Reporting on customer feedback and managing customer databases
∎ Administrative tasks: Processing orders, forms, and applications, and completing call logs and reports
∎ Equipment maintenance: Maintaining communication equipment and reporting problems:
∎ Multitasking: Handling multiple calls simultaneously and managing concurrent tasks across various channels
