Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers in an appropriate accent
∎ Analytic skills and working ability for team development and Develop skills within team members.
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office especially excel for daily reporting
∎ Developed competencies required for service-oriented and result-focus
∎ Work shift patterns of Day Shift and Night Shift Can be roaster duty
∎ Manage first-line contact, to ensure that they are managing high-volume calls from customers.
∎ Support and effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to customers.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and query handling.
∎ Maintain a sound knowledge of sales and order processes and issues.
∎ Sense of responsibility and Achieving the daily target
∎ Create motivation throughout the team.
∎ Measure and assess KPIs and targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good punctuality.
∎ Good oral & and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Managerial skill and People management.
∎ Customer service experience.
∎ Confident, with very good telephone etiquette (past experience preferred).
∎ Sales knowledge both product and service.
∎ Customer retention service.
∎ Able to work as a team and as an individual.
∎ Time Management i.e. balancing work equally to ensure it is complete on time.
∎ Professional attitude.
∎ Reliable, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
∎ Comfortable using MS Office and basic internet applications (E-Mail, Internet Browser, Chat software, etc.).
∎ Good Keyboard and typing skills.
∎ Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
∎ Ability to multitask.
