Callcenter
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend inbound phone call and customer queries
∎ Pro active in providing service within SLA
∎ Maintain database and keep the backend system updated
∎ Understand the customer need and offer customized solution when needed
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders and keep updated on recent activities
∎ Keep track on pending/unsolved problems and follow up accordingly
∎ Identify unique problems and keep management informed when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on MS office.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
Salary: Negotiable
