Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the clients over phone. Collect different types of information’s and keep records of all conversations in our company database.
∎ Meeting calls targets (minimum 100 clients per day) and must have report writing capacity during talking with customers.
∎ Inform customers about our products (Tyre). Use unique selling points to highlight product features over the call.
∎ Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers; follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
∎ Build sustainable relationship with customers.
∎ Strongly capable to multitask and time management skill.
∎ To be usually get smart in presentation. .
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management if and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good articulation
∎ Applicants must know computer basic application (MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point) and E-mail Operation.
∎ Should have minimum typing speed of 40 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Bengali.
