Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architect/ Civil- Preferable Govt. Poly-technical Institute or Private institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare Architectural plan for RAJUK approval of Multistoried building as per Instruction of Architect.
∎ Capable to prepare working drawing of multistoried apartment Building as per Instruction of Architect.
∎ Capable to prepare Perspective view of multi storied apartment building as per Instruction of Architect.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in architectural company or Real Estate company.
∎ Enough Knowledge for FAR rule & related Plan approval rule as per RAJUK Bidhimala 2008.
∎ Knowledge on Auto Cad, Photoshop, Illustrator, other relevant Software
∎ Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.
