∎ MAIN PURPOSE:
∎ Manage right Assortment Plan
∎ Deliver the relevant product strategy in line with market requirements working in close coordination with the team to provide a step change in the product offer and communication in stores
∎ Achieve Inventory Turns
∎ Implement the controls and Review
∎ Deliver on time forecasts and other MIS for Brand and Karnaphuli
∎ Ensure clean Internal Audits related to Inventory and Warehouse
∎ Maintain Profitability at Channels / Stores through proper planning of stocks.
∎ Keep track of Inventory- Fast Moving / Slow moving items and shuffle between counters for maximum sales.
∎ Buying the right Mix of Product
Job Responsibilities:
∎ CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∎ Drive Margin & Profit across Channels.
∎ Overall profitability and calculation.
∎ Competitive Analysis.
∎ Drive projected Business in terms of Quantity, Average MRP and Growth.
∎ Analyze the Market trend to compete in the Market.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Review each store performance regularly and Fast and Slow Moving Stocks.
∎ Manage with Sales Team that the there is a coherent range for their business in place and that the stock levels are according target.
∎ KEY OUTPUTS/RESULTS:
∎ Achievement of Projected Sales / Margins / Profit
∎ Proper Inventory
∎ A successful and motivated team committed to the delivery of the strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
Salary: Negotiable
