Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/ Considered as highly experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He / She should have proper knowledge and experience in Lift installation, maintenance, Servicing & troubleshooting works.
∎ Supervise the service team for installation, maintenance, servicing & troubleshooting works.
∎ Plan & schedule for monthly maintenance.
∎ Follow up and execute scheduled maintenance work & ensure work completion as planned.
∎ Maintain necessary documents.
∎ Guide, train, supervise and develop team members in improving servicing and maintenance skills
∎ Planning the training schedule as per required topics with evaluating training & development programmed.
∎ Report to Service &Maintenance Management.
∎ Understand faults, troubles and respond with preventive and corrective actions
∎ Find out instant solution of any technical & inter-personal relationship problem arises within subordinates
∎ Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition.
∎ Prepares parts list & maintain inventory of spare parts. Implement a system to maintain these records.
∎ Other responsibilities (if any) as required by the management.

∎ Attitude to work to target basis will highly appreciated. Females who are BBA with minimum technical knowledge are especially encouraged to apply.
∎ Field of Experience:
∎ Lift, Diesel/Petrol Generator Technician, Electrical Engineering, mechanical maintenance
∎ Industries:
∎ Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Power, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Salary:
∎ Attractive salary and commission on performance.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Sales commission.
∎ Yearly depending on performance.
