∎ Job Location: Baridhara, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call centre/E-Commerce experience will get advance.
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries & complains instantly.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self motivated.
∎ Collect customer's feedback & Report to Head of the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Call Center Supervision/ Management
∎ Customer support experience in E-commerce industry will get advantage.
∎ English & Bangla typing speed minimum 30 wpm.
∎ Ability to navigate through software applications.
∎ Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team member.
∎ Must be having excellent communication skill in English.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
