∎ Minimum 5 years in Shipping Agency, Ship management company, Ports or other maritime services.
∎ Working experience in Bangladesh or any other overseas exposure would be an added advantage. Candidate should be from a commercial or operational background
∎ A full or part qualification from the Institute of Chartered Ship brokers would be preferred
∎ Valid riding/driving license
∎ Must have no criminal record in any country or region and a police clearance certificate will be required prior to joining
∎ Must not have any encumbrances to obtaining port entry permits, approvals or any other regulatory permits in Sri Lanka or Bangladesh
