∎ Skills Required: Business Development, COMMERCILA IMPORT, Computer skill, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Market Research, Merchandising, Product sourcing

Business Product development, Commercial/ Purchase, Computer skill, Market Research, Merchandising, Raw Materials Sourcing, Sales Chain shop
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive marketing/merchandising and business development of home Textile / Bedding products in the local and Global Market.
∎ Special focus on Brand level, as well as fabric level of supply chain in developing new products, especially for bed sheet, sofa cover, seat cover, screen etc, Rxin etc.
∎ Must have good experience on fabric sourcing for bedding like Bed Sheet, Screen, Sofa Cover, Mattress Cover and Comforter outer layer, locally or from abroad in cost effective way.
∎ Establishing new contacts and monitoring customer relations in the value chain by networking .Drive and Execute co-branding with domestic or international brands for increasing the brand awareness.
∎ Responsible for marketing and overall sales activities for Mattress, Foam & home textile products
∎ Must have sound knowledge about home textile products, their market position & pricing process.
∎ Should have the ability to handle all development jobs of Marketing.
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the marketing & activities including price quoting, negotiation and sourcing in case of export market.
∎ Support the new Branding and Marketing Strategy as well as the Customer Intimacy during routine work.
∎ Showroom's full responsibility for the related segments of all products, fabrics, screens is displayed properly.
∎ Assist/Support in trade shows/fairs and special events in effectively showcasing apparel and home furnishing products.
∎ Responsible for marketing and overall sales activities for Mattress, Foam & home textile products
∎ Must have sound knowledge about home textile products, their market position & pricing process.
∎ Should have the ability to handle all development jobs of Marketing.
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the marketing & activities including price quoting, negotiation and sourcing in case of export market.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time to the outlets
∎ Responsible for all Custom clearance of imported materials, In-bond, Ex-bond and Inter bond operation with TT/cash / LC process independently.
∎ Responsible for customs bond license audit, renewal and bond limit (one time / yearly) as per company requirement.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistic activities of Import in time.
∎ Prepare audit documents for customs Audit & Follow up and provide LC / TT/ Cash Payment to supplier within stipulated time frame.
∎ Familiar with custom rules, import policies, & SROs and import related web portals.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sorts of import documentation related Government regulatory bodies.
∎ Maintain liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank etc.
∎ Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc).
∎ Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all payment etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have vast experience of working in a Senior Position in Hometex / Bedding Industries.
∎ Must have sound knowledge over import / local sources for Chennile Fabric for sofa cover, Screen, Bed sheet etc.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on clearing & forwarding and Customs Related tasks.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive remuneration package shall be offered for the deserving candidate.
