Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive phone calls, respond to clients in social media and keep track of all orders, maintain sales and client database.
∎ Handle customers' query, must be capable to manage customers' requirements, complains over phone.
∎ Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
∎ Communication with courier service providers and maintain delivery records.
∎ Support to organize product record, manage vendors and suppliers with proper record keeping.
∎ Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Overall support the team for increasing sales.
∎ Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
