∎ Application for : Business Development Personal (Manager / Sr. Manager) as per following criteria for various types of Pumps, Valves, Electric Motors, Treatment Plants and Services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new customer / end user / consultants / contractors in private and Public Sector through regular follow up. Evaluate customer requirement in consultation with the team, identify areas of improvement & implement measures to maximize sales & customer Satisfaction.
∎ Marketing the Treatment Plants [WTP, ETP, STP & RO Plants] to the customer.
∎ Address all product related queries & clarify to the customer.
∎ Achieve Individual and Team sales target of monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
∎ Prepare techno commercial offer. Negotiate and close sales deals.
∎ Ensure completion of cycle related to on time payment, VAT, & AIT as applicable.
∎ Maintain customer's satisfaction with after sales support, service.
∎ Submit sales call report with the team leaders.
∎ Handle Presentations, Product demos and interaction with all key people.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience in Industrial Marketing or Services preferably in Pumps, Valves, Electric Motors, Treatment Plants and services. Special preference will be given to those candidates with strong exposure in Pumps market.
∎ Techno-Commercial Knowledge of Centrifugal Pumps, Valves, Motors, Treatment Plants.
∎ Knowledge of selection software for Pumps, Valves, Motors, etc.
∎ Advanced MS - Office Suite skills.
∎ Customer Focus, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
∎ Flexible attitude to cope up with the changing situations and emerging with enhanced performance.
∎ Result Orientated, Problem Solving and Decision Making abilities.
