∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ O/A Level, IELTS 7 or (+) will get extra points.
∎ Additional Professional Certification: IELTS, English Medium Background (A Level/O Level).
∎ Skills Required: Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Quality Control/ Inspect
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company services.
∎ Analyzing vendor product to ensure it meets all client requirements.
∎ Communicate with client relationship team in order to ensure service requirements are met.
∎ Communicate with field representative to ensure service is done to completion.
∎ Identify areas of opportunity that may contribute to increase work order value.
∎ Training and guiding business development staff.
∎ Providing insight into overall service development and competitive positioning.
∎ Invoicing a work order to a vendor after successful completion of a work order.
∎ Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Full Time Night Shift.
∎ Must have a very good command on written and spoken English.
∎ Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
∎ Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
∎ Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
∎ Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
∎ Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.
∎ Extensive knowledge over MS Office.
∎ Typing speed must be wpm 50.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
