Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating policies, innovative idea, procedures & planning for the business Development and related activities.
∎ Create and manage Distributor, Dealers and B2B clients.
∎ This is in-field job.
∎ Build and sustain strong relationships with business decision makers and internal stakeholders.
∎ Visualize and Innovate scopes of businesses.
∎ Strategist Standard Marketing & Sales Policies.
∎ Review Monthly Sales Target vs. Achievement.
∎ Justify Achievement Variance.
∎ Plan, set and proceed feasible target to achieve within timeline.
∎ Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy.
∎ Highly motivated, dynamic , self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
