Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise & assist all promotional activities related to business development.
∎ Prepare & supervise the Flyers, Festoons, Posters, Banners, Billboards, Invitation Cards, Greetings Cards, and New Year Calendar as per need of hospital promotion.
∎ Prepare & organize corporate healthcare proposal with various national & multinational companies, embassies & high commissions through which generate corporate revenues for hospital.
∎ Contact & Communicate with International Insurance Companies & Third Party Administrators to deal with signing & execution of agreement for the clients both home & abroad.
∎ Maintain corporate relationship by providing standard service delivery & health related activities throughout the year.
∎ Prepare & customize all types of health check up packages (Pre Employment & Annual) based on the Clients demand. Also prepare & monitor corporate health check up bills.
∎ Arrange & coordinate Health Awareness Session/Campaign in different corporate offices/areas on different topics.
∎ Assist In house CME, Seminars in various department of the hospital. Also organize CME & Seminars sponsored by other companies.
∎ Visiting Hospital, Diagnostic and multinational offices to evaluate needs or promote our various specialized department or services.
∎ Maintaining client records.
∎ Implement proper sales and marketing promotion program in assigned territory.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing patients via meetings, telephone calls and emails·
∎ To ensure clients target & prepare clients forecast & submit weekly marketing report.
∎ Provide technical support to the patients in respect of new product development·
∎ Develop and maintain constant relationship and corporate/networking with health related pharmacy, Doctors, Health Officials, Health Centre, Educational Institutions, Bazaar, Mosque etc.
∎ Door to door marketing in Dhaka city & outside.
∎ Achieving the monthly & yearly marketing target.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management as per business requirement.
