Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in civil engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication Development with International Firm as well as Local Firm.
∎ Making Consortium for bidding the projects.
∎ CVs sourcing to provide the Engineer in various projects.
∎ Helping the lead firm for EoI documentation & Proposal Making by providing any type of required documents time to time.
∎ Visiting various govt. departments for EoI Sourcing, ToR & RfP collection as well as various website & newspapers.
∎ CVs formatting as per client requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil/Diploma Engineering
∎ Must have a work experience in Engineering Consultancy Firm.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): EoI & Proposal Making & Making a consortium.
∎ Capable to understand architectural, structural, plumbing, & Electrical drawings.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of project management
∎ Should have enough knowledge about computer to process all information as per requirement.
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory proficiency in MS OFFICE, MS Excel, MS Project etc, and Auto CAD is desirable.
∎ Should have strong communication skills both English & Bengali (Written and Spoken).
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic and interpersonal skills.
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, and IUT will be highly preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
