Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage revenue, expenses, operations and the team to maintain the consistent growth of the business
∎ Generate growth opportunities and new customers
∎ Cultivate a high-performing and agile team culture
∎ Create efficient marketing strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth
∎ Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, overall business plan
∎ Owning the operational budget. sales target and managing burn rate
Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
