Educational Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Retired Commissioned Officers from Bangladesh Army

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain close contact with end users, procurement, planning, and implementing authorities.
∎ Foster relationships with existing manufacturers and suppliers, and explore new partnerships.
∎ Prepare bids, submit proposals, and follow up with relevant authorities.
∎ Capable of independent communication in English with clients and foreign contractors.
∎ Adhere to rules, regulations, and laws governing the job responsibilities.
∎ Prepare day-to-day reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in handling high-valued Naval projects.
∎ Adequate experience in Naval Products and solutions including Weapons Systems, COMBAT Systems, etc.
∎ Must be a Senior Manager or a retired Naval Officer (not below the rank of Lt. Commander) interested in long-term employment.
