Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for immediate and long-term marketing activities and strategies. Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy, budget, target and continuously monitor & report on its achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
∎ Conduct field surveys and market research to gather information regarding market trends, brand positioning, potential leads, and business development opportunities. Develop pricing strategy, balancing expense objectives and patient satisfaction.
∎ Continuously visit potential community doctors, institutes, corporate offices and key opinion leaders to inform them about the facilities of the Hospital. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with them to bring in the most income for the Hospital.
∎ Engage new Doctors/ Practitioners to popularize Hospital brand and increase number of clients
∎ Find new scope of business for the medical center. Identify emerging markets and market changes while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Will be required to train marketing executives and keep them up-to-date of new technologies & services used in the Hospital and Diagnostic Labs. (Therefore, must be proficient and knowledgeable of such information).
∎ Collaborate with the HR, Branding, Medical Services, Hospital Operations, and relevant heads of the hospital to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall organizations performance.
∎ Organize outreach programs (Campaign, Seminar, Health Awareness session) at different important and potential health care institutions through communication with those institution stakeholders.
∎ Assist to develop innovative concepts for different promotional materials like logos, leaflets, flyers, banners, show cards, brochures, layout etc. Edit videos, static graphic content mainly focused on social media marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
∎ The applicants should have at least 5(Five) year's of experience in same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Leading Diagnostic Centre, Lifestyle Product, Fitness Center, Healthcare Institution, Hospital, Clinic and Medical College Etc.
Salary: Negotiable
