∎ Talk to the customers over the phone for our products and services.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Make an appointment as per customer requirement.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Assist management to take business decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent negotiation skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude and self motivated.
