Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the piping industry.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
∎ Create and execute business development strategies and look for daily operations that align with the company’s growth objectives.
∎ Collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
∎ Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and marketing analytics to senior management.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Sajan Group’s offerings.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
∎ Preferred 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
∎ Experience/ Interest in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Understanding of the piping industry is a plus.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role blends strategic business development with digital marketing to drive growth, identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and enhance market presence.
