Job Context:
∎ Business Development Executive (Diagnostic center, Healthcare Startup)
∎ We are looking for some highly energetic, hardworking and honest Business Development Executive`s for our "Corporate marketing" and "Routine Marketing" segment.
∎ The candidate for this position needs to be self-motivated, having the mindset to pursue the customers & meet targets as set by the management along with ensuring brand market visibility.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and collect marketing data from potential customers.
∎ Should be target oriented.
∎ Day-to-day business call at least 5 contacts
∎ Visit consultant, customers, clinics, diagnostic centers and corporate clients.
∎ Arrange to find new consultant when needed.
∎ Communicate with customers by providing support, information and collect customer feedback to help improve services.
∎ Coordinate and implement field marketing in target area in a timely manner.
∎ To build up strong marketing team by implementing new and modern marketing strategies.
∎ Develop & implement different types of strategies to increase patient flow.
∎ Responsible for developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media posts. You will need to ensure that the materials are effective in promoting the diagnostic services and are in line with the organization's branding and messaging.
∎ Responsible for managing the marketing budget for the diagnostic services. You will need to ensure that the marketing campaigns are cost-effective and that the budget is used efficiently.
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and product development to ensure that the marketing strategies are aligned with the organization's objectives and goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant will get preference if he has enough Marketing experience in the Diagnostic Center, Pharmaceutical, Hospital or Medical sectors.
∎ Has a passion to learn more every day and is able to follow instructions with patience.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
∎ Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.
