∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Business Plans and strive for marketing opportunities through market research.
∎ Lead, manage and execute key activities that help grow the market share, sales and profitability.
∎ Plan and collect Market & Business data about Construction and steel structural businesses to develop constructive Business Plans/ Reports of existing and potential business.
∎ Formulate strategies and develop contents of online platforms e.g. website, social media etc.
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development dept. to ensure brand consistency, follow up on market-oriented efforts.
∎ Communicate with different companies to understand market requirements and acknowledge the Management accordingly.
∎ Engage thoroughly to identify areas of development in the existing business and coordinate all improvement plans.
∎ To provide creative idea for content creation
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
∎ Creating and presenting sales performance reports in daily/weekly/monthly on the status of marketing activities.
∎ Administering dedicated Principals and stakeholder contacts.
∎ Process design of steel structural building and bill of quantity.
∎ One years general marketing knowledge on steel structural Building.
∎ Preparation quotation as per requirement.
