Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or a related field, with a strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.

∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge in structural steel, fabrication, and erection methods.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (basic), etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed.
∎ Candidates with prior experience in marketing 200-ton steel fabrication projects will be given strong preference.Note: No experience in steel structure/ steel building marketing, it is requested not to apply.

∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
∎ Promote the company’s services through direct marketing, digital platforms, and industry events.
∎ Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
∎ Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
∎ Maintain records of inquiries, client communications, and project follow-ups.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
∎ Represent the company in exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings.
