Business Development, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online Business
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage front desk/reception, greet visitors, and direct them appropriately.
∎ Address customer queries effectively to ensure optimal satisfaction.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients, and generate leads.
∎ Maintain Social Media Platform, specially Facebook & Youtube channels
∎ Prepare progress reports for maintenance/service work.
∎ Record customer details per maintenance/service guidelines.
∎ Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction with timely and quality service.
∎ Answer calls, messages, and prepare daily sales reports.
∎ Work with ERP software, update the database, and manage appointments for office staff and guests.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Prefer candidates with expertise in Social Media Marketing and graphic design.
∎ YouTube bloggers will be preferred
∎ Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
