Call Center, Cold Calling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a caller, one will be expected to:
∎ Contact prospects by telephone in order to generate sales for services we provide
∎ Explain services, prices and answer questions from customers
∎ Record details of conversation with the prospects into our CRM after the call
∎ Follow-up with prospects by phone or email on regular basis
∎ Respond to the queries of the existing customers either through phone or email
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable of achieving sales targets
∎ Speaking clearly and persuasively in English to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work in US time zones
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
