∎ BSc in IPE
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting strategic goals for respected unit and ensure those are measurable and describable
∎ Communicate properly with shareholders, government entities, and the public on behalf of the company
∎ Lead the development of company’s short and long-term strategy
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
∎ Analyze overall business & ensure the growth of the project
∎ Oversee daily operational activities and manage team to ensure maximum outcomes
∎ Coordinate with related departments for production follow up
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
∎ Initiate to improve the productivity & reduce wastage and identify & select required resource
∎ Monitoring product standards and implement quality-control programs
∎ Ensure proper implementation of health and safety guidelines
∎ Review work performance & identify training needs for staffs
∎ Develop report with required data for concern CBO & Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skill.
∎ Must have outstanding analytical skills with a strong background in quantitative analysis and problem solving.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali
∎ Must have sound knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to travel (Home and Abroad).

Salary: Negotiable
