∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Communication, General Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively Maintain all the Meeting, Schedule and Appointments of Managing Director and follow up the minutes accordingly.
∎ Maintain communication with all the stakeholders to follow up and collect periodic report and convey to Managing Director.
∎ Liaison with the stakeholders to acquire a thorough knowledge about the business.
∎ Escalate to Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairperson any grievance and disciplinary related issue.
∎ Liaison with Government Office for maintaining different legal documentation.
∎ With Analytical evaluation Prepare Reports, Graphical Presentation, Speech for different occasion for Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairperson
∎ Keeping records and coordinate all the meetings held by Managing Director with stakeholders
∎ Receive all the letters, documents on behalf of Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairperson in Absence of them
∎ Maintain all the travel schedule and arrangement of Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairperson
∎ In charge of all the possession under Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairperson in the office premises
∎ Play the role of Coordinator in the Committee of Welfare Fund.
∎ Conduct different survey to measure Employee Satisfaction & Employee Engagement.
∎ Participate different events as a part of Employee Engagement
∎ Generate different creative ideas and measures and provide insights in improving Employee Engagement
∎ Perform the role as point of Contact for conducting different projects.
∎ Supervise all the activities and maintenance of Guest Houses.
∎ Take different sign on agreements, bills and approval and process them accordingly.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairperson

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very well conversant with computer literacy (Google spreadsheet, MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
∎ Strong Spoken & Writing skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Polished Communication & Reporting skills with strong sense of responsibilities.

Salary: Negotiable
