Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the schedules of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meeting updates.
∎ Co-ordinate with all top management for various work advised by Managing Director.
∎ Compile different reports, summarize, and submit to Managing Director as per requirement.
∎ Responsible for proper keeping of papers, documents, and records of Managing Director's office.
∎ Arrange internal and external meetings. Take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized.
∎ Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome.
∎ Coordinating Managing Director's travel related formalities.
∎ Carry out any other special projects as and when assigned by the Managing Director time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Dynamic & Smart in Attitude
∎ Excellent in English conversation
∎ Be sharp in presenting own capability and appearance
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience on similar field
