∎ 1-3 years of relevant work experience in construction related experience business control, project management, or financial management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work Order Collection: Collect work orders from clients after receiving Level 1 (L1) confirmation.
∎ Budget Preparation: Collaborate with the budgeting and planning team to prepare project budgets.
∎ Resource Planning & Allocation: Manage the allocation and planning of resources required for project execution.
∎ Work Certification Follow-up: Take the lead in following up on work certification processes.
∎ Invoice Generation: Generate invoices based on work certifications and agreed payment milestones.
∎ Bank Coordination: Coordinate with banks to facilitate the issuance of bank guarantees.
∎ Project Reporting: Collect project reports, material requisitions, work plans, fund forecasts, and allocations from team leads on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Report findings to the management team and ensure management approval.
∎ Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress and work status periodically.
∎ Material Sourcing: Source raw materials for project sites and align delivery schedules based on site requirements.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to support budget approvals for respective projects.
∎ Client Visits: Visit client offices as required to support the management team.
∎ Reporting To: Managing Director & Directors
∎ Working Days: 6 Days a Week
