Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation and Post-Graduation in business Studies from any reputed public or private university (NSU/Brac/EWU/AIUB/IUB/IUBAT or equivalent)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep tracking of various procurement activities and their update status collected from procurement staffs.
∎ Update these reports on every day and report to Supply Chain Manager/procurement Coordinator and Operations Director as required and asked for.
∎ Generate monthly procurement status and Budget Vs. Actual report and benefit tracking
∎ Evaluate Supply Chain and procurement efficiency basing on monthly procurement management report of every individual and as a team.
∎ Maintain grant/fund/donor wise procurement update and generate report whenever asked for.
∎ Design and derive report in various consideration (category wise, person wise, product wise, donor wise, time wise) to support SCM in various decision making process.
∎ Track the lead time of all procurement to understand the reasons of the delay and calculate the lead time.
∎ Support all procurement staffs in documentation and tracking report maintaining.
∎ Maintain various control number of manual Purchase Requisition (PRs), Manual RFQ/RFP, Purchase Order (PO).
∎ Maintain and document all communications between external stakeholders and suppliers/contractors, generate meeting minutes and preservation of those.
∎ Carry out miscellaneous administrative jobs like organize meetings, supporting in procurement activities, tender evaluation etc.
∎ Any other feasible job assigned by the supply Chain management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience as Business analyst and database management or management Information System/ Inform
∎ Excellent knowledge, skill and efficiency on Microsoft Excel and spread sheet analysis and data extract/reforming capacity from software.
∎ Professional training from reputed organization on information system management and database analysis.
∎ Sharp understanding on Supply Chain management of development sector will be highly preferred.
∎ Strong analytical skill and report writing ability both in English and Bengali (Bijoy Bangla Key Board).
∎ Ability to communicate fluently in English with multi linguistic communities including expat.
∎ Quick learner and understanding ability to implement/execute anything that will be asked for.

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
