Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the Business Advisor include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ Advising on legal issues related to business transactions such as forming corporations, buying or selling assets, or drafting contracts.
∎ Analyzing and advising on employee, labor, vendor, and supplier contracts.
∎ Analyzing consumer and competitor behavior.
∎ Analyzing financial records and preparing budgets.
∎ Counseling owners of privately held businesses on organizational structure and leadership issues.
∎ Develop your own professional network of associates who can provide a broad range of business and enterprise support services to your clients
∎ Developing and maintaining internal and external communication channels.
∎ Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
∎ Identifying opportunities for future business development and expansion.
∎ Improving processes by recommending operational changes.
∎ Performing risk analysis to mitigate and manage risks.
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of the business support landscape and the ability to advise businesses on the range of options available
∎ Preparing project and productivity reports and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
∎ Reviewing financial statements and other data to recommend changes in strategy or operations to improve performance.
∎ Undertake diagnostic needs assessments with businesses, including analyzing the needs of the business and working with the client to put a business action plan in place
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced knowledge of business operations and strategic planning.
∎ Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports.
∎ Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and branding.
∎ Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices.
∎ Ability to advise on labor, vendor, and supplier procurement contracts.
∎ Exceptional ability to identify future business opportunities and mitigate risks.
∎ Competence with integrated electronic strategic management systems, like Monday and Cascade Strategy.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills for efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures.
