∎ Store management.
∎ Accounting.
∎ Meeting regulations writing.
∎ Purchases of projects material.
∎ Bank statement maintenance.
∎ Project Material receive.
∎ Generating cash expense bills.
∎ Knowledge of construction.
∎ Submitting water and electricity bills.
∎ And issuing checks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical technician, Maintenance, Plumbing, Purchase/ Procurement, Supervision.
∎ Proven work experience as Property Manager
