Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and supervise overall maintenance programs regularly in respect building and it's safety measures.
∎ To manage daily building activities.
∎ To generate monthly maintenance charges.
∎ To manage building security team.
∎ To manage building cleaning team.
∎ Controlling and maintenance of tools, stores and equipments.
∎ Keeping record of income and expenditures.
∎ Any other task as may be assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 8 years in relevant field.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the building operation and management.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word and Excel.
