Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly capable Bsc Physiotherapist to manage our marketing team, and to supervise the Physiotherapy services that they provide. In this role, your duties will include serving as a clinical advisor, overseeing health Service and maintaining high standards of inpatient care.
∎ To ensure success, Physiotherapist should exhibit extensive Physiotherapy Center knowledge and demonstrable experience in a similar managerial role.
∎ An accomplished Physiotherapist will be someone who can align their Physiotherapy expertise with best practices in health administration.
∎ located at all Bangladesh (Specially Dhaka, Narsingdi) is looking for an experienced and skilled Bsc Physiotherapist. The applicants with working experience in any Physiotherapy Center or CRP.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining a Physiotherapy Center in the Healthcare.
∎ Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to Caregivers.
∎ Performing administrative duties and risk management.
∎ Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
∎ Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating Physiotherapy treatment plans.
∎ Supervising, and mentoring physiotherapy clients and collaborating with Agent.
∎ Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
∎ Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to physiotherapy research programs.
∎ Ensuring compliance with physiotherapy regulations and safety standards.
∎ Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and marketing staff.
∎ Ensuring consistent and accurate physiotherapy recordkeeping practices.
∎ physiotherapist are senior physicians who manage all aspects related to patient care within their physiotherapy departments. They oversee daily serve as physiotherapy advisors, and investigate any problems that may arise. physiotherapist also contribute to Clint's
∎ Evaluate medical & physiotherapy records and reports to determine patient's health status, needs, and physiotherapy treatment, and advise physicians and other healthcare specialists.
∎ Create and maintain patient physiotherapy health records.
∎ Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide follow-up care.
∎ physiotherapy Health Scientific seminar to be done healthcare Branch.
∎ Online Offline Consultancy ( telemedicine: the remote diagnosis and treatment of patients by means of telecommunications technology.)
∎ Sometimes Medical campaign should be done outside the branch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
