Job Context:
∎ Reliance Holdings Limited is the biggest and a reputed developer in Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka, looking for a hardworking B.Sc Engineer (Civil) who has extensive knowledge of Constructing Buildings, Cost Estimation, Site Supervision etc. The ideal candidate should have an ardent and spirited passion for maximum output. He should also have the ability to manage and guide 15 to 10 Diploma engineers in various projects of the company.
∎ Job Location: Mainly in Dhaka (Optional : Chittagong and Cox`s Bazaar)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out regular inspections.
∎ Helping project Architect to plan work programs.
∎ Help co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
∎ Assist to keep proper records of construction materials.
∎ Completing records for site reports.
∎ Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
∎ Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
∎ Cost Estimation of project.
∎ Completing Project work according to drawing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive knowledge and experience
∎ Males are preferred to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost Estimation, Site Supervision, Material Procurement and Inspection.
∎ Understanding architectural and interior drawing.
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Capable to coordinate with management.
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
Salary: Negotiable
