∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Government Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of supervision for structural work , Especially taking all responsibility in construction of green industry.
∎ Maintain project work schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.
∎ Maintain safe and clean working environment by maintaining workplace health and safety issues.
∎ Manage compliance and quality assurance standards for all raw materials of civil construction.
∎ Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly/monthly report of the status of each assignment.
∎ Control project cost by strong & effective monitoring.
∎ Overseeing structural design and revisions in structural design.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
∎ Coordinate with all projects related personnel for progress of work activities regarding procurement.
∎ Arrange and manage the work forces to work in a discipline manner.
∎ Ensure safety and security of Men, Machines, equipment's and materials.
∎ Provide full support to the management regarding construction, repair and maintenance works.
∎ All kind of supervision for masonry work, finishing work supervision like tiles work, sanitary work
∎ Coordination to project in charge and Top management.
∎ Prepare of Master Budget.
∎ Client Handle capacity and Prepare addition & omission file as per client requirement.
∎ Overall supervision of project safely, security and quality of all type work.
∎ Preparation of individual project site plan including designs and layouts.
∎ Assists in preparation and implementation new and ongoing project/projects/green project of the organization.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must be B.Sc Engineer (Civil) from Government institute minimum experience of 10 years above in the field of real estate & construction.
∎ Good knowledge about construction equipment and spare parts.
∎ Creativity and analytical skills.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control etc.
