Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants must be expert with Roads and Bridges construction overall planning, management and implementation of project.
∎ Coordinate between construction site and office for smooth decision making process.
∎ Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling and Coordinating.
∎ Quality control, Site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvement.
∎ To prepare project wise weekly/ monthly work schedule.
∎ To guide the preparation and presentation of a BOQ considering the best cost structure with details of direct and indirect material, labour and overhead cost components.
∎ To provide timely feedback and maintain liaison with top management.
∎ To maintain periodic project progress of work.
∎ To perform risk management to minimize project risk.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.

∎ Age 35 to 52 years
