Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering preferably from any public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design, and prepare construction plan, work schedule, Gantt chart, CPM/PERT etc.
∎ Prepare BOQ, Analysis of current market rates and schedule rates.
∎ Prepare form work plan, construction plan, as-built drawings etc.
∎ Project estimation, Project Planning and Presentation, budget preparation, cost management and cost control, execution and supervision plan.
∎ Computer skills in preparation of documents using software, programming and engineering data.
∎ MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD 2D/3D, E tabs (Preferably) Microsoft Power Point Presentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) in the relevant field.
∎ Age 30+, with at least 05 years of working experience.
∎ Strong communication and persuasive skill.
∎ Good reading, writing, pronunciation skill in English.
∎ Self-confident, smart and energetic with a commanding voice.
∎ Should be proactive and self-organized.
∎ Strong team spirit and common sense.
