∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in Bridge Construction project.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Box Girder Production and Erection.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate between Head office and Project office for smooth decision-making process.
∎ Preparing of daily & weekly work progress.
∎ Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
∎ Execution managements and supervision of all works of the project as per drawing design from consultants.
∎ Ensure the work progress & quality of work.Control manpower, wastage of materials, safety hazard.
∎ Monitoring and Maintaining the all kind of Bridge construction workPrepare shop & working drawing of Bridge work.
∎ Prepare Bar Binding Schedule (BBS), Bill of Quantity (BBQ), Material Analysis, Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation.
∎ Prepare Steel Staging work of both PC & Box Girder work.
∎ Monitoring & supervising Pre-Stressing work.Assist in reviewing Standards & Specifications and Quality Control (QC) Procedures.
∎ Planning early day work program with work schedule.
∎ Preparing Subcontractor's Bill & Construction Material Suppliers Bill.
∎ Preparing Interim Payment Certificate (IPC).
∎ Preparing Monthly Progress Report.
∎ Preparation of the entire document required for the project.
∎ Maintain flow of construction materials to complete the Works in schedule time.
∎ Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction method.
∎ Document Controlling.
∎ Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Coordinating with the entire department that is involved in the project.
