∎ M. Pharm/ B. Pharm / MBA/ BBA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Strategic Marketing Plan for the assigned portfolio and formulate Marketing Plan for the assigned brands.
∎ Design effective promotional campaigns to achieve the target of assigned products and provide promotional support timely & monitor the output of promotional campaign.
∎ Monitor competitors’ activities regularly and provide strategic guidelines and analytical support to Sales Forces on assigned brands.
∎ Conduct training and development program for Sales Forces.
∎ Propose & launch new products considering market demand and business potentiality.
∎ Arrange and conduct Medico-Marketing Campaigns like Clinical Meeting, Seminars etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point skill.
∎ Good English proficiency.
∎ Willing to tour anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
