Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants for this post must have requisite experiences to run such MFIs. We would also prefer people with experiences in MFi program operation tools and techniques.
∎ The ideal candidate should have completed his Master's Degree preferably in Accounting having at least 4 years of experience in the related field or a formal diploma in micro finance from a good institution.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Standard remunerations (negotiable) will be offered besides two Festival Bonuses and Contributory Provident Fund facility. Job posting may be at different rural branches in Jamalpur, Kishoreganj, Feni & Gaibandha.
