∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or a similar role.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and admissions processes.
∎ Ability to develop business strategies and meet performance targets.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of student counselors and support staff.
∎ Student Recruitment & Counseling: Oversee student counseling services, ensuring accurate guidance on university admissions, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.
∎ Business Development: Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and other education providers to expand our network.
∎ Sales & Marketing Strategy: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to attract students and increase enrollment.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Operational Management: Ensure the branch operates efficiently, meeting all compliance and quality assurance standards.
∎ Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated on international education trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
∎ Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor branch performance, track student enrollment numbers, and prepare reports for senior management.
