Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct and monitor day-to-day work of Walton Service Point.
∎ To ensure the best after-sales service support and customer complaints are dealt with in a structured time frame.
∎ To manage and monitor the activities of the employees/staff of the responsible service point.
∎ To develop relations with customers and external stakeholders.
∎ To collect customer feedback and technical feedback & report to central service headquarter.
∎ To monitor the activities of the spare parts store and daily accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
