Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall activities [Operation, Business Development & Customer Service] of Chittagong branch
∎ Responsible for the P&L activity of the branch as per monthly & yearly target
∎ Lead on the networking & business development activities partnering with various outreach stakeholder
∎ Accountable for the overall operational activity of the branch & maintain the agreed KPI for all verticals
∎ Lead on the event management & spot admission as & when required
∎ KPI for the assigned role:
∎ Achieve the intake wise target for each destination
∎ Enhance & maintain overall Customer satisfaction index of PFEC
∎ Performance management of operation team month wise
∎ Event management as per agreed KPI
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 5/7 years experiences in client counseling & marketing in the Education sector
∎ Previous experience selling product of Educational provides to clients will be getting preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education consultancy, Business planning, Brand Development, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion, Relationship Management/ PR and communication
